FREE Athletic physicals
Hello Parents/Guardians/Athletes,
It is required by the CIAC that all student-athletes have a valid athletic physical on file with the Athletic Dept and School Nurse's offices PRIOR to participating in any tryouts or practices. If your athlete has an updated physical and it has not been sent to the athletic department yet please do so by either dropping it off at the front security desk in a labeled envelope or sending it via email to Bhansen@sheltonpublicschools.
org Shelton High School is very happy to announce that we will be able to offer FREE Athletic physicals on 8/16 and 8/23 from 1:30 - 5:00 PM at Shelton High School in the Nursing office.
Please use the sign-up genius links attached to sign up for the date that best fits your schedule.
There are two available slots for every time slot. The time slots are separated by every 15 minutes.
